- The name of the singer which will represent a princedom of Monaco on the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 has been named. This is sixteen years old singer Maryon. At Istanbul, as well as has been declared earlier, she will act with a song “ Notre Planéte ” (this shorter name of song “ Prenez Soin de Notre Panéte ”).
- France 3 had made decision to replace song, with which Jonatan Cerrada will act at Istanbul. The reasons on which France 3 has refused from song “ Laissez-moi le Temps ”, which was declared earlier , are unknown.

- Duet Reunion has become the winner of Dutch competition Nationaal Songfestival. The duet acted with a song “ Without You ”, with which will go to Istanbul as the representative of the Netherlands.

- Tose Poeski has named song, with which he will act on the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. At Skopje Festival 2004, on February, 14, the singer has performed eight songs. By results of voting of televiewers and jury the best song has been determined. It was Angel you are (“ Angel si ti ”). It is supposed, that at Istanbul Tose will sing on English.
- Duet Julie & Ludwig - the winner of the Maltese National Final (festival Song for Europe) will become the representative of Malta on the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. The duet acted with song On Again Off Again , with which will go to Istanbul at May.
- female singer Xandee (her true name - Sandy Boets) which has won the Final of Belgian competition Eurosong, will act for Belgium at Istanbul. On the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 she will go with song 1 Life .
- Lithuanian telebroadcasting company LRT has named the representative of Lithuania on the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. It is duet Linas & Simona, which became the winner of the Lithuanian National Final. Duet will act with song What’s Happened To Your Love at Istanbul.
- The winner of Slovene competition EMA 2004 - duet Platin - will represent Slovenia on the Eurovision Song Contest 2004. Duet win this competition with song Stay Forever .
